Orphan or Early Weaned Foals: Feed 2 pounds of Foal Balancer Milk Pellets per 100 pounds of body weight daily and continue until weaning. Start weaning foals at 3-4 months.
Weanlings: For 3 weeks after weaning, feed 2 pounds of Foal Banancer Milk Pellets daily, along with a recommended horse feed at 1 pound per 100 pounds of body weight daily. Provide high quality roughage on a free choice basis. After 3 weeks, reduce the amount of foal Balancer Milk Pellets to 1 pound daily and gradually increase the amount of complete horse feed to 1.5 pounds per 100 pounds of body weight daily over a 1- -2 week period, gradually reducing the amount of Foal Balancer Milk Pellets.
Lactating Mares: From 30 days before foaling until foals are 3 to 4 months of age, feed 1 pound of Foal Balancer Milk Pellets daily as a supplement to the daily ration.
Long Yearlings to Two Year Old Horses/Performance or Intense Race Training: Feed 2 pounds of Foal Balancer Milk Pellets daily as a supplement to the daily ration.
Two Year Old to Mature Horses/Performance or Intense Race Training: Feed 1 pound of Foal Balancer Milk Pellets daily as a supplement to the daily ration.
